Insurance Change for 2014-2015

AIM Insurance Enrollment Procedure Change:

 

Effective with the 2014-2015 term, all Local Units shall submit payment for annual Officer’s and General Liability coverage directly to AIM (Association Insurance Management), instead of submitting checks and enrollment forms to the Colorado PTA office. 

 

National PTA has negotiated an extremely cost effective rate for PTAs around the country and AIM is the preferred vendor for your insurance coverage, which is required by IRS guidelines to maintain non-profit status.

 

AIM will send enrollment renewal notices to each local unit on file beginning on September 1, 2014 and again October 1, 2014.  Payment should be mailed to Association Insurance Management, PO Box 742946, Dallas, TX 75374-2946.  AIM will also process payments by phone with a check or credit/debit card.  The Certificate of Insurance will be sent directly to the local unit’s school address, with a confirmation sent to Colorado PTA as well.
